Based in Tempe Arizona, Noms Bake shop is a family-owned business specializing in a variety of cookie assortments for corporate gifting. Our agency partner, Tailwind - An Audacious Studios Company, tasked our team with the challenge to develop a calendar-year holiday advertising campaign to entice cookie lovers to purchase Noms for any holiday occasion.

The adworks project team first conducted a competitive analysis and quickly saw the rise of bakeshops and cookies in the Tempe area. But how can Noms stand out?

 

The current Noms social media presence was lacking personalization and consistency, while their competitors were standing out amongst the pack with holiday curated posts.

 

insight:

Noms cookies must humanize their family business on social media with a consistent social presence in order to create buzz for the upcoming holiday season.

creative development:

Instead of using overdone holiday graphics, we wanted to showcase the actual delicious cookies with a holiday hint. Custom photographed images were taken for Instagram and Facebook using up close and personal shots of the cookies. Along with the photos, our team developed clear, concise, and fun social media copy directed towards the holiday season. 

 

Noms was also in need of a social strategy. Consistency and personalized creativity is key. The art directors on the project created new Instagram highlight covers, Adobe Lightroom Presets, and new holiday-themed labels, adding character and holiday cheer.
